The number 2 seed Rhode Island will be facing the number 1 seed Virginia Tech tonight.

The NIT Tournament 2010 will be having its quarterfinals and nearing its end the NIT 2010 Finals.

Rhode Island has a team record of 25 wins and 9 losses and has beaten Nevada on their last game at the NIT's 2nd round. While Virginia Tech has 25 wins and 8 losses and beaten Connecticut in a very close game.

Rhode Island vs Virginia Tech will be taking place at the Cassell Coliseum in Blacksburg in Virginia. The quarterfinals game will start at 7:00 PM.

Also seeing action tonight of the NIT Tournament 2010 Quarterfinals will be played between the number 4 seed Dayton against the number 1 Illinois.

Dayton won against Cincinnati in the 2nd Round of the NIT Tournament 2010 now has a team record of 22 wins and 12 losses while the top seeded Illinois has defeated Kent State in their last meeting in the 2nd Round and has a team record of 21 wins and 14 losses.

Dayton vs Illinois will be held at the Assembly Hall in Champaign, Illinois. Game will start at 9:00 PM.

The first two to reach the Elite Eight of the NCAA 2009 Mens Basketball Tournament was the Pittsburgh Panthers and the Villanova Wildcats.

The Pittsburgh came up strong when they defeated the Xavier Musketeers in a 60-55 win Thursday night in TD Banknorth Garden. And it was the heroics of Levance Fields that paved the way for the Panthers victory.

Still the race for the Final Four is on.

While the third seeded Villanova Wildcats destroys the number two seeded Duke Blue Devils in a 77-54 winning performance of the Wildcats. Thus completing the Big Eastern Conference with their win.

Pittsburgh vs Villanova: a Rematch will be happening this Saturday in the Regional Finals.

My Pick: The Tigers!...hmmm which one eh? Which Tiger is the best well I'll go for Missouri.
