The San Antonio Spurs had even the playoff series with 3 wins a piece against the New Orleans Hornets (99-80).

Today the defending NBA champions proved that they deserve a second chance to survive this pressure. Winning over the young Hornets headed by the triple threat of Chris Paul, Tyson Chandler, and David West. The Spurs pertaining the Big Three (Tim Duncan, Tony Parker, and Manu Ginobili) did not collapse in their "3rd quarter syndrome" as we saw in games 1,2, and 5.
